We ship the goods within 1-2 days of purchase made. Details like shipment date and date of delivery can be tracked in MY ACCOUNT section. An email with the order details and the docket/ AWB numbers is sent to the customers once the goods are shipped from our warehouse. Also, any unforeseen issue or delay is informed via special update Email/ SMS/ Phone call.
We dispatch all goods through renowned courier partners chosen according to respective order or products sold on our site .You can track your shipment status via MY ACCOUNT section in member login page.
Unforeseen situations may arise during delivery despite the highest level of care taken by us and efforts put in by our shipping/ courier partners. We promise to resolve your problems at the earliest to facilitate a smooth buying experience for you.
An email with your shipping and order information is sent to you after your goods have been shipped from our warehouse. You can then track your parcel’s progress via MY ACCOUNT section. Broken/ Damaged Parcel
All parcels shipped are wrapped with security tape which should be intact and visible. If you receive your parcel tampered or damaged, please refuse to accept it and immediately inform us via sending an email.
